Why did I become interested in Real Estate?
My heart and soul lives for being an entrepreneur!
I have held the title of CEO or Owner to a couple business but non of them truly checked all of my boxes for self satisfaction.
…Till I took the time to look at real estate a little more closely.
I realized that Real Estate has the potential to be a huge wealth builder, relationship builder and personal asset builder! With that in mind I set off to take my pre-license course with ACEABLE AGENT (being a mom of twin 3 year olds, full time job and full time love for fitness and all) , I was able to pass on the first go!! From there I schedule my FL State Exam and pass that on the first go as well. I was determined!
I then joined a small boutique firm in Vero Beach and was tasked right away with assisting on an over $20 Million home!
I soon realized I could use me being a realtor to my advantage in starting to secure my own assets… Buying my own homes or buying my own airbnb properties!
With that in mind I had to change from a small boutique firm to a larger firm that would allow me to do transactions outside of the State of Florida. That is when I decided to join EXP and as of early Feb 2024 I am now and EXP Agent!
